Names, addresses or phone numbers of attendees of any OMEN fuction are
never shown to anyone.  Our email listings are for no ones use but the
secretary for correspondence.

Membership lists are available to current members only and may not be
shared with nonmembers for any reason.

A pictoral record of OMEN group events is accessible to OMEN members
only.  No one will be photographed at any function without his knowledge
and expressed permission.

A signed pictoral release form must be on file for all members.  No photos
will be submitted to national/international organizations without the groups
approval.
